Parents work, kids play at Little Way.

Little Way started simply. A mom in transition — part-time work, grad school, young kids at home — who needed a place to work that didn't cost a fortune and didn't ask her to leave her life at the door.

But it grew out of something we'd been observing for a long time. Watching gifted, capable people quietly step back from the work they loved after they had kids — not because they wanted to, but because no one had figured out how to make it actually work. Not for lack of talent. Not for lack of drive. Just a lack of a practical, affordable, human way forward.

Little Way is the answer to that. Not just childcare. Not just a coworking office. Something different — a third way. A place where parents can do real work, grow real businesses, and finish real degrees, while their kids are genuinely cared for in a space that honors the beauty of childhood.

We wanted to build something that doesn't ask people to choose. Between parenthood and productivity. Between showing up for your kids and showing up for your work.

It's for moms. It's for dads. It's for the parent building a small business who deserves a real place to do it. It's for the family that needs a date night where someone they trust is with their kids down the hall.

We built the space we wished existed. We're glad you found it.

The Values that Shape Little Way

  • Focused Work Blocks Three-hour blocks, consistent and predictable. Enough time to get into something real, finish it, and actually feel the satisfaction of a productive day.

  • Play is children’s work Play is how children make sense of the world — how they figure out who they are, how they relate to others, what it means to belong. At the Little Lab, we don't separate learning time from play time. For young children, they're the same thing. While you work, your kids are being guided through story-based play that honors childhood — the wonder, the questions, the small moments, and everything in between.

  • Hospitality as care Working parenthood is a lot. When you're here, we want you to feel that someone has thought ahead — your coffee is ready, the space is calm, the small things are handled. We want you to leave having done good work and feeling, even just a little, like you got to exhale.
